Link text describes where the link takes the reader or the benefit of clicking the link so they know what to expect when they follow it.
All link text should clearly indicate its utility if read out of context. This supports screen readers that allow users to tab from link to link.
Never hyperlink the word “here” or the phrase “click here”.
